Exploring a new park-Athletic Field Park. This
park is really 3 different parks with many walking trails and a few shrines.
The kids’ favorite was the drop slide. I honestly don’t think I could go down
this one myself but not even McKinley hesitated to go down. I love all the fun
pictures I got of them ‘falling’ down.
The sad news about this park is that only a few short weeks
after our visit, the city removed the drop slide. It kind of makes you wonder
about the safety of it? Eeek!
Walking to Park #2 you cant miss the Cherry Blossoms. These are the BEST we have seen!
