Another beach day! We went back to the double cove beach we found the other weekend. We got there at low tide and with a little rock flipping we found lots of sea life! Kayden made sure every rock was checked while the girls did their own thing building sand castles.

Okinawa is known to have some extreme (awesome) parks, nothing
like what you would find in the states. Today we started our quest to find them
all. The first stop on our quest was the red slide park. I cannot find the name
to this park, so we are going with red slide. This park was a little tricky to
find since it is tucked behind a few streets of houses. You can catch a glimpse
of the red slide while driving on the main road, but then you just have to turn
into the houses and weave in and out until you, hopefully, stubble upon it.
This park had a huge playground area, picnic area, mini track, and of course
the big red slide. The kids had a great time here and we can’t wait to see what
park we find next!
The BIG red slide

Let's do it again!
McKinley loved the slide too, but I didn't get any pictures of her going down. I was talking with another mom and got distracted. I know, I am terrible.
